The Pan-Mass Challenge is proud to announce that it is partnering with ChappyWrap as the official sponsor of this year’s PMC Winter Cycle Pacesetter gift, celebrating top fundraisers in the fight against cancer. A spoke in the wheel of the PMC, PMC Winter Cycle kicks off the organization’s yearly fundraising campaign for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute with high-energy indoor cycling rides led by popular local spin instructors at Fenway Park.
Each year, PMC Winter Cycle Pacesetters – participants who raise at least $1,200 – are given a gift in appreciation of their fundraising efforts. This year, Pacesetters who participated in the 2025 PMC Winter Cycle on February 1, will receive their very own ChappyWrap perfectly oversized throw blanket (60" x 80"), uniquely woven with a plush, natural-cotton blend and high-performance fibers and embroidered with a PMC Winter Cycle Pacesetter logo. A lasting keepsake for those who go the extra mile in supporting cancer research and care.

"We often hear of how ChappyWraps have provided comfort to patients and care givers during their cancer journeys," said Christina Livada, President of ChappyWrap. “It’s our mission to spread comfort to people when they need it most and we’re honored for the opportunity to partner with the PMC to support the incredible work they are doing for cancer research and treatment.”
Founded in 2006, ChappyWrap is known for its unparalleled quality and signature cotton-blend blankets, which are fuzz- and pill-resistant, breathable, and incredibly soft. Woven—not printed or dyed—at heritage mills in Germany and Poland, each blanket is designed to be a comforting companion at home or on the go. Based in Portland, Maine, ChappyWrap remains a family-owned and operated business with a dedicated team across the U.S.
As the largest single athletic fundraising event in the world, the PMC donates 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar directly to Dana-Farber, funding lifesaving cancer research and patient care initiatives. This commitment to fundraising efficiency has made the PMC the single largest contributor to Dana-Farber’s Jimmy Fund, generating 66 percent of its annual revenue. In 2024 alone, the organization raised a record breaking $75 million, bringing its total contributions to the institute to more than $1 billion since 1980.
“The PMC is pleased to partner with ChappyWrap to recognize our dedicated Winter Cycle Pacesetters,” said Billy Starr, PMC Founder & Chairman. “This thoughtful gift reflects the warmth and gratitude we feel for our riders, who are helping bring us Closer By The Mile to a world without cancer.”
